ARS’ Real Estate Servicing Division traveled to Raleigh, NC to handle out of market negotiation for the seller of the pad sites. ARS negotiated the sale and aided in the closing. This sale helped the the seller dispose of an out of market property that was costing the seller high on-going carrying costs.
